WHITE HOUSE - President Bush on Sunday declared a state of emergency for Monroe County. The Florida keys are in Monroe County.
The State of Emergency is due to any problems from Hurricane Ike.
White House Spokeswoman Dana Perino said, "The President's action authorizes the Department of Homeland Security, Federal Emergency Management Agency, to coordinate all disaster relief efforts."
FEMA is authorized to identify, mobilize, and provide, at its discretion, equipment and resources necessary to help the people of the Florida keys affected by Hurricane Ike.

It is great that the Commander and Chief of the Army in the United States can go for a bike ride around the Capitol and enjoy the freedom of all American persons in his spare time. I am proud that the last year of the Bush Administration he has done something each day to promote peace and freedom throughout the world. Thank God for the Bush leadership when the world needed a second look at the direction all persons seemed to be going in June 2007. President Bush started his drive for Peace!

Wow!!! Redman, time to pull your head out of the sand. If you think Bush is such a great person then you must also think the economy is in great shape. And BTW, what's the difference between children and adults? Answer:Children have imaginary friends and adults have God.

As a citizen of this GREAT NATION.." The U.S.A. I am concerned that many people have turned away from the Church of Jesus Christ, and have turned to a religion that is totally contrary to God's Will. The people involved in this new religion are proclaiming a NEW EARTH, and from what I understand, they are saying they are their own 'God". I also understand that they have renounced Jesus Christ. This makes them anti-Christ. People of America! BEWARE OF THE anti-Christ. VOTE Republican.

President George Bush is good man.As President of the United States of America, he has a very tough job. Instead of un-kind words, why do you not praise President Bush for all the good he has done. Ask yourself,"What have I done to help my neighbour and my country?" Think of how blessed you sre to live in a FREE SOCIETY. With a kind Christian man as your Commander-in-Chief... Or do you think you would be better off with a man with a Muslim name in charge? God Bless President George Bush.
