FORT MYERS, Fla. - How to permanently remember Officer Andrew Widman? That is the question for Fort Myers city leaders on Monday.
The make-shift memorial to Officer Widman, on Main Street where he was murdered, is now only four candles. The candles are pushed next to the building where officer Widman was killed in the early morning of July 18th.
On Monday, the Fort Myers City Council will discuss the idea of naming a city street or public space in Fort Myers after the fallen officer.
What are your ideas to memorialize Officer Widman?
