ARCADIA, Fla. - It's a story you saw first on WINK.

Hurricane Charley Victims say they were living in deplorable conditions and fighting their insurance company for money.

The people involved say United Casualty purposely under-estimated the damage to their homes.

Today with the help of Tampa-based Merlin Law Group, they received a sum of nearly $500,000 to repair their homes.
