please stop blaming the school and let look at our self as parents are we helping our kids to do better in school, taking them to library, helping them to read at least 15 min a day to help them in school the teacher can only do so much please parents don;t wait until your child test come back to talk to the teacher keep an open door to the teachers all years long so you will know how your child is doing in school e-mail or call the teachers once a week and let your child know i will be there.

Maybe the new superintendent in Collier should pay more attention to the quality of his schools instead of putting people out of work (custodians) and bringing down his friends to put in high paying jobs. There are only 47 schools in Collier and in Lee there were 47 that received A's and a total of 85 schools total. You don't have to be a rocket scientist to realize that grades are a direct reflection of the leadership. "Nice job" to Dr. Browder!
