Estero - 28 year-old Susan Beckers was a maid for a 92-year old Estero woman.

The woman says over the past few months, Beckers stole 25-personal checks and forged them for more than $10,000.00

According to the police report, the woman fired Beckers and called police when she realized what was going on.

Before she was arrested on Tuesday, Beckers had written letters of apology to the woman.

Enclosed was $120 in repayment.

Beckers is facing multiple forgery and fraud charges.
