FORT MYERS, Fla. - New developments in the investigation into the murder of NFL All-Pro Sean Taylor. A fifth suspect has been arrested.

16-year-old Tim Brown is facing first degree murder and armed robbery charges.

The teen was arrested over night.

We are still find out why it took so long to file the charges against Brown.

WINK News has been digging all day into the past of suspect Timothy Brown. We found some compelling stuff on Brown's MySpace page. It's filled with profanity, racial slurs, and picture where Tim brags about being quote, "ready ta commit a homicide." He also jokes about murder, pays tribute to family members arrested for other crimes, and aspires to be a rap artist.

But when we spoke to his aunt, Ida Upshaw paints a different picture of her nephew. One where her nephew was shuffled around from home to home because his father was in jail, so the Brown and his mother often stayed at his grandparents house, which is right across the street from where Upshaw lives.

Upshaw says she knew of her nephew's arrest, but didn't know it was for murder.

WINK News: "Were you surprised to hear your nephew was arrested for murder?

Upshaw: "For murder? No. Yeah, I'm surprised. It's murder?"

WINK News: :Yes, ma'am. It's murder."

Those who know Brown's family are also stunned about the murder arrest

"It's shocking. Really surprised, said Noah Abraham.

Abraham lives in Brown's neighborhood. He's friendly with the family. "I knew his father, Timmy Lee Brown, Sr.," he said.

Timothy Brown, Sr. has also been arrested in the past. The 40-year-old was released from jail last year after serving time for drug convictions and other crimes. Now his son is walking down the same path.

Charles Wardlow, Venje Hunt, Eric Rivera, Jr. and Jason Mitchell are the other four suspects. They were arrested in Fort Myers just days after the shooting.

Their trial is scheduled for August.
