4 students allegedly overdose on cough syrup

SOUTHWEST FLORIDA - Student witnesses at Riverdale High tell WINK News that four of their classmates overdosed on cough syrup Monday.

Students called the cough syrup, "Triple Z" but we're not sure the actual brand name of the product.

Students say the four drank two bottles among themselves and that in the middle of class, they started acting funny and neurotic.

Ambulances came and picked up the four students early Monday afternoon.
