Shessrick Frazier arrested for shooting in East Fort Myers

SOUTHWEST, Fla -- Shessrick Sharrod Frazier was arrested for second degree murder, Friday evening. Frazier is accused of shooting Freddie Johnson. The murder took place Tuesday night near the intersection of New York Avenue and Whitehead Creek loop in East Fort Myers.

Police were tipped off by the neighbors and eyewitnesses that helps FMPD solve the crime. The motive is still under investigation.

Fort Myers Police do not believe there is any correlation between the death of Johnson and Torry Chrisp, who was also murdered, or Roman Gorden who was injured Tuesday night.

Chrisp and Gorden's case is still being investigated.
