Learn to scuba dive for free

By WINK News

Collier County. Fla. - The traveling "Be a Diver" pool is making a stop at Rookery Bay Environmental Learning Center and will be open to the public on Saturday.

Adults and kids over 10 years old can put on the scuba mask and dive into a 17,000 gallon pool.

The idea is to get people interested in scuba diving, learn about possible careers in the field, as well as help them appreciate the ocean and wildlife.

The event is going on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

You will also be able to tour Rookery Bay for free.
