CHARLOTTE COUNTY - A former Port Charlotte High School band director is waiting to be extradited to Orange County to face sexual battery charges.
Charlotte County deputies arrested Dale Bowe on Friday.
He's accused of performing a sex act on a student during a trip to Disney.
He already faces charges in Charlotte County for inappropriately touching a student at his Port Charlotte home.

PORT CHARLOTTE & ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. - WINK News first broke the story of the allegations against a former Charlotte County High School Band Director accused of sexually abusing a minor.
That teacher, Dale Bowe, is now facing new sexual abuse charges. Bowe was arrested on two warrants out of Orange County, in central Florida. Bowe faces two charges of unlawful sexual activity against a minor.
Bowe was originally arrested back in January, accused of sexually abusing a student who was visiting his home in Charlotte County.
However, police in Orlando were investigating other possible incidents. Bowe is accused of abusing students while on trips to Disney.
There's no word yet on when Bowe will be taken to Orange County.
