SOUTHWEST FLORIDA - The friend of a 26-year-old man accused of throwing a party for teens says the suspect wasn't even there. But the sheriff's office report indicates otherwise.
David Rieser is charged with hosting a party for minors involving alcohol and drugs.
Lee County deputies say they found pornography, alcohol, and teens having sex inside his home.
But Marcus Hupt tells WINK News he and Reiser were fishing this weekend and a house-sitter actually threw the party.
The sheriff's office report contradicts the claim. Teens and witnesses at the scene claim Rieser was at the house, bought the booze, then ran when deputies arrived.
Rieser was found at a friend's house and arrested.
