CONTEST RULES

1.) No purchase is necessary to enter or to be selected to receive any prize in this promotion. This promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law, and subject to applicable federal, state and local laws.

2.) Eligibility requirements: The promotion is open to all persons who are legal residents of Florida. Employees of WINK and its respective affiliate companies, subsidiaries and agencies, their immediate family members, and those who reside with such employees are not eligible to participate in or receive any prize associated with this promotion.

3.) The odds of being selected depend on the number of people entering the promotion. WINK is not responsible for returned e-mails, undelivered mail, busy signals, dropped or disconnected phone calls, poor cellular connections, heavy call volume or other circumstances that may limit a participant's ability to contact WINK.

4.) Winners will be notified by email.

5.) All approved entrants get a free MirrOlure (value $5.99) OR any child entrant, 6 years and under, a free kiddie rod and reel combo (value $12.99). One free gift per person. Multiple entries do not get multiple gifts.

6.) All Federal, State and Local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient, including any and all Federal and State taxes or fees. The recipient must authorize the deduction of such taxes, if any, from the final prize to the extent of the law.

7.) The final prize is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash or any other prize, except in the sole discretion of the co-promotional partners.

8.) By entry in this promotion, the recipient grants WINK the right to any video, audio, photographic or print material involving the recipient (and his/her pet) for promotional use without further permission or compensation. Recipient agrees to participate with the co-promotional partners and its advertising agencies in publicizing or broadcasting recipient's name and his/her picture or character likeness without further compensation.

10.) Any violation of these rules will result in disqualification.
