Collier School Board to decide outsourcing debate

By WINK News

COLLIER COUNTY, Fla. - This week hundreds of Collier County janitors will find out if they're out of a job.

The school board will discuss whether to outsource custodian services to GCA Services, a Tennessee based company.

The move will save the district $3 Million dollars a year.

GCA Services tells us it will re-hire most of the custodians for less pay and benefits.
