SOUTHWEST FLORIDA - Alexandrea Tocco, 17, is home in Cape Coral for a couple weeks, taking a break from school at Interlochen Arts Academy in Michigan.

But she's not taking a break from singing. She's staging her own concert Friday in Fort Myers and singing in a jazz concert Sunday in Naples.

"I've been singing since I can remember," she says, "I couldn't do anything else with my life."

Alexandrea enjoys singing show tunes and has performed in numerous venues around the area.
