The Royal Palm Retirement Centre in Port Charlotte is staging its inaugural medical fashion show.
Members of the medical community in Charlotte County were asked to make their own scrubs, using a theme, and then model them at the show, which will also feature food and entertainment.
"We knew nothing like this was going on around here," says organizer Karen Dettor. "So we knew this would be something that would be fun."
The show is Saturday, October 20, 2007 from 6pm to 11pm at the Port Charlotte Cultural Centre.
