Cape Coral, FLA - Bill and Jackie Vossman are finally getting a new driveway after 7 years of problems.
The Vossmans finished building their home in 2002 and said they immediately noticed the pavers on the driveway start to chip.
Aubuchon Homes built the Vossman's home and sent the driveway installers out to replace a few dozen of the chipped pavers.
The Vossmans said the problem did not stop though even after the damaged areas were replaced.
"We kept calling and they kept stalling, they'd come out, look at it, they'd say that's natural for that to happen," said Bill Vossman.
After repeated emailed to the builder, the Vossmans tried WINK-TV Call For Action.
"On a lark one day I called and talked to Jean and got things rolling," said Jackie Vossman.
Call For Action volunteer Jean Bohan has helped consumers for 14 years and immediately got in touch with Aubuchon Homes to resolve the dispute.
Aubuchon Homes is now splitting the cost with the driveway installer to tear up the Vossman's driveway, and replace all the old pavers with new ones that have a rimmed edge.
