Candy buy back event pays you for your extra candy

Bonita Dental Care is holding a Halloween Candy Buy Back event on November 2nd from 2pm-6pm.

The public is allowed to donate their extra Halloween Candy and in turn they will pay $1 per pound. The candy collected will be shipped off to the Troops overseas.

This year they've partnered with an organization called Operation Gratitude that sends packages to individual servicemen and women.

By December they will have reached the 500,000th package mark.

Fort Myers Dental Care is supposed to be the Ft. Myers location. It is located out by Gulf Coast Hospital.
