IROX worker hit by truck overnight

One suspect is in custody after a hit and run crash involving an iROX worker in Lee County.

The Florida Highway Patrol tells us the iROX surveyer was working at I-75 NB at Alico Road when he was hit by a truck.

The driver of the truck took off on foot after the crash, but was caught a short time later.

The worker has a broken arm and was transported to a nearby hospital.
