National Ravioli is approaching on March 20th and in honor of the special occasion Angelina’s Ristorante is featuring memorable menu selections. Executive Chef Ryan Fredstrom will prepare a sweet take on ravioli with a handmade Cacio e Pere ravioli filled with succulent pears, mascarpone and ricotta finished with a walnut butter sauce as the evening’s special.
Angelina’s will also feature its signature handmade Butternut Squash Ravioli filled with roasted butternut squash & mascarpone in an orange, sun-dried tomato butter finished with arugula, truffle oil and candied pecans. This signature ravioli has been a staple on the menu since opening its doors 10 years ago.
