Often described as paying attention, on purpose, and in the present moment, mindfulness practices bring balance, clarity, peacefulness, and presence into our daily lives. In this workshop, you will learn simple techniques to cultivate mindfulness in all that you do. You will experience how being present in every given moment allows you to recognize the stories we tell ourselves, thus making new choices, breaking free from old patterns and creating more freedom in our lives.
