Nearly 100 future residents of The Terraces at Bonita Springs, a new senior living community coming to the Ft. Meyers-Naples area, gather for lunch and to get to know each other at a ‘Club 113’ event for depositors in late August. The luncheon also featured expert advice on real estate trends and keys to successful home sales.

Besides great food, people were all smiles about construction updates with the community, scheduled to open in July 2013. The Terraces, a non-profit community, will feature maintenance-free independent living, resort-style amenities and lifetime access to on-site health care.
