I went to go out to the lanai this morning and there was a bobcat laying right there in my shrubs. He was watching the bullrushes and the moorhens. The moorhens were very excited squaking warning sounds. The blue heron flew to the top of the roof to watch. The cat started for the moorhens when I shot this picture. He was cited this morning in Spanish Wells.
