The Sun today at Sanibel Island

Our family was walking to the beach Sanibel Island and we looked up and seen this ring around the sun. It was amazing to see! I couldn't get the whole ring in my photos and I couldn't see it through my lens in order to get it; so I took these pictures randomly. What planet was lined up with the sun today? What was going on? It's the first time I have ever seen anything like this. It was beautiful!
