BB&T-Oswald Trippe and Company employees spruced up Second ACT Thrift Store inside and out as part of Lighthouse Project, a company-wide community service effort.

BB&T-OTC team members cleaned carpets, installed new shelving, reorganized stock, hung clothing, straightened racks and displays throughout the store including house wares, the children’s room area and in the warehouse.

“The selflessness of the individuals at BB&T-OTC is steadfast,” said Jennifer Benton, chief executive officer of Abuse Counseling and Treatment Inc. and Second ACT Thrift Store. “We are grateful for their numerous hours of hard work which has brought new life to the store. The refreshed appearance will enhance sales beyond measure in supporting the community.”
