Angelina’s Ristorante farm-to-fork luncheon at Rosy Tomorrows Heritage Farm

Angelina’s Ristorante recently visited Rosy Tomorrows Heritage Farm in North Fort Myers for a unique Italian wine lunch. The special farm-to-fork luncheon experience included several courses picked on-site that day with select wine pairings. In keeping with the sustainable theme, vintners were selected for their “green” practices: Schramsberg Rose, Ponzi Pinot Blanc, Shea Pinot Noir and Honig Vineyards. The exclusive wine experience explored Italy’s diverse and rich culinary traditions through delectable courses and perfectly paired wines created by Angelina’s Ristorante’s Manager and Sommelier Angela Morales and Executive Chef Sarah Grueneberg. Rosy Tomorrows Heritage Farm is a sustainable farm raising heritage grass-fed cows, pastured pigs and free-range poultry. Every dish that was served was created by hand using local, healthy, sustainable ingredients.
