New thrift store helping kids with cancer/ buying storage units like tv show storage wars

Published: Mar 22, 2012 7:21 AM EDT

We are a new Second Hand Store that has just opened. This began as a hobby. Our family started buying storage units,  just like the television show Storage Wars. We have had some great finds and thought it would be great to share with others. There are some unique aspects to our business that we would like others to know. As a testimony to our uniqueness, our store name is BOMBDIGGITY GOOD STUFF. (We are thanking our three boys, ages 10, 11 and 12 for this name.)
First of all, we donate a portion of our proceeds to Candlelighhgter's of Southwest Forida. This is an organization that helps children with cancer and bleeding disorders. We have had the honor of being involved in this organization for several years because we have a son with a bleeding disorder.
Next, our inventory is rapidly changing as we are buying storage units every week. We have great prices as our customers keep telling us! The store is neat and organized and there is definitely something for everyone. Because we purchase storage units, (Yes, really! Just like the show!) you never know what you will find. Antiques, clothing, handbags, shoes, children's items, furniture, household good, sporting goods, jewelry, tools, sports name it...It's here! If by chance we don't have what you are looking for, no worries, come back next week!  Some come check us out 17699 Summerlin Rd. Located between Zoomers and Metro Storage. Or visit us on facebook, just search BOMBDIGGITY GOOD STUFF.  239-288-7170. It's BOMBDIGGITY!
