The students of the Lexington Middle School Technology Student Association and the Kiwanis Builders Club joined forces to lead a campus-wide food drive for the Salvation Army Food Pantry. The two clubs encouraged their peers to bring in items with film clips, posters and contests between classes. Over a two-week period the drive resulted in the collection of 2,866 food items.

“This has been the best year ever for this drive,” said Ms. Perretta, the Technology Student Association advisor, “The students are looking forward to challenging the school to do even more next year.”
