Event Description
Healthy Start of Southwest Florida will host over 100 moms and their children at a "Community Baby Shower" in Fort Myers on Wednesday Nov. 4, 2009 at the Riverside Community Center. The event is free to pregnant women and to new moms with infants under 1 year. The afternoon will be packed with educational information on a variety of topics related to maternal and infant health. The moms will go home with gifts and prizes. Lunch was provided. The event is sponsored by a grant from the Junior League of Fort Myers. This is the last in a series of Community Baby Showers presented throughout the county this fall.
