Event Description
The Yoga Sanctuary will host an Introduction to Yoga Series on Tuesdays at 5:15pm, starting July 7th and ending August 11th. This six week series is specifically designed to introduce the new student to the basics of yoga. You will learn the tools needed to safely and comfortably enter a level one class.
