Earned four Emmy awards for coverage of the Chicago Bulls’ NBA Championships and the Dallas Cowboys’ final home game at Texas Stadium. Also earned Associated Press awards for “Best Sportscast” and “Best Sports Story” on Nolan Ryan’s Hall of Fame induction.

Hobbies, Interests & Community Service
Loves riding my bike, playing tennis, hitting the beach or just walking my Pomeranians with my wife, Jill. Also volunteer at my church and is involved with Big Brothers Big Sisters and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.

I’ve covered 4 NBA Championships, 3 NHL Stanley Cup Finals, NFL and Major League Baseball playoff games, an NCAA football championship game, plenty of bowl games, Michael Jordan’s retirement as well as hundreds of high school sporting events. Outside of news, I helped Fort Myers police catch two escaped juveniles while reporting on the story.
