Max TurnierReporterMax Turnier is a general assignment reporter for WINK News. Based in the Fort Myers office, he joined the station in January of 2009.
Prior to his current employment, he worked for WZVN-ABC in Fort Myers as a reporter covering many major events including the Golden Gate brush fires, the Denise Amber Lee abduction, and the continuous developments with the housing market and local economy.
Max's journey in television news began with an internship at KUTV in Salt Lake City, Utah. He worked through the ranks and became an assignment editor for the station. He also spent time managing the assignment desk at Salt Lake City affiliate KTVX. This led to his first break as an anchor/reporter at WOAY in Oak Hill, West Virginia.
Max graduated from the University of Utah with a degree in Mass Communication. As a Utah native, he grew up with a passion for skiing and anything outdoors. He is a proud resident in the great city of Cape Coral where he lives with his wife Cori and daughter Camille.
