GOLDEN GATE, Fla. - Team Charlie will be at Golden Gate Assembly of God this weekend, collecting toys and supplies for kids in the hospital over the holidays.

The organization, founded by Chuck and Elsie Minard, started as a tribute to their grandson Charlie, who was hospitalized as an infant for nearly 2 years.

Saturday, March 15, Golden Gate Assembly of God will be the site of a bike raffle, toy drive, craft show, and blood drive. There will also be food and vendors, face painting and live music. The event runs from 8 to 2 p.m.

The church is located at 3899 29th Ave SW, Naples.
