Dewey’s Stacked Burger

Ingredients

Burger Bun

1oz Shredded Romaine Lettuce

1 Sliced Tomato

1 Burger

Season meat with salt, pepper and garlic

1 slice of Cheddar cheese

2 slices of seasoned bacon

2 oz Pulled Pork

1 oz BBQ Sauce

Instructions:

Season both sides of burger with salt, pepper and garlic.

Place burger on a cleaned and oiled grill.

After 2 minutes, turn burger 45 degrees to achieve a diamond grill mark.

Flip burger over after 4 minutes and follow procedure until cooked til desired temperature.

Top burger with cheddar cheese, until cheese melts.

Butter and toast the bun.

Build the burger:

Starting on the bottom bun- Shredded romaine lettuce, tomato, burger, cheddar, bacon, pulled

pork and bbq sauce.

Top with toasted bun.

Put on plate with seasoned fries or your favorite side!
