FORT MYERS, Fla. - It's Wednesday and that means it's time to fire up the WINK Kitchen.  Chef Chris DeGenova from Zorba's Greek Restaurant in Bonita Springs is here today to show us how to make Zorba's Greek Salad.

Yield – 4 Servings

Ingredients

Romaine Lettuce – Chopped  2 Heads

Tomatoes – Wedged 2 Each

Green Bell Peppers – Julienne 1 Each

Red Onion – Julienne 1 Each

Peppercini Peppers - 8 Each

Kalamata Olives - 16 Each

Dolmathakia - 8 Each

Feta Cheese - Crumbled 1 Pound

Greek Dressing - 8 Ounces

Greek Dressing Recipe

Yield –  1 Quart

 

Ingredients

Red Wine Vinegar 1/2 cup

Water 1/2 cup

Oregano Dried 1 Tablespoon

Black Pepper Ground 1 Tablespoon

Salt 1 Tablespoon

Garlic Powder 1 ½ ounces

Vegetable Oil 2 ½ cups

Method of Preparation: In a large mixing bowl place all dressing ingredients using a whisk mix until even. In desired serving bowls place chopped romaine then arrange remaining ingredients in desired presentation.
