Sunscreen: SPF >30, apply and re-apply.
Hydration, seek shade
Wear Hats, long clothing
UV blocking sunglasses
Grilling: Cook thoroughly, check utensils / plates.
Keep food chilled.
Wash hands often.

Safety hook / preserver
Standing water concerns
Insect / Bug Bites:
Prevention with insect repellent.
Separate from sunscreen by 30 minutes.
Apply to clothes
After bite: benadryl by mouth, alcohol, calamyne.
Advice for kids this summer:
Exercise at least 2 hours per day.
Exercise your mind at least 1 hour per day.
Camps or supervised activities.
