FORT MYERS, Fla. - It's Wednesday and that means it's time to fire up the WINK Kitchen.  Chef Noah Bailey from Roy's in Naples shows us how to make Seared Uku with Spicy Teriyaki sauce.



Seared Uku (Hawaiian grey snapper) with Spicy Teriyaki Sauce

1 cup soy sauce
1 cup sugar
1.5 teaspoons chopped green onion
1.5 Tablespoon chopped garlic
1.5 Tablespoon chopped ginger
1 Tablespoon Sriracha Hot Sauce

- Heat soy sauce and sugar to dissolve
- Combine all ingredients
- Mix well
- Simmer for 5 minutes
- Remove from heat and cool

Marinate Uku in sauce and sear. Serve with Jasmine rice and Broccoli
