Ingredients:6oz Ahi tuna steaks or yellow fin tuna
2oz pan asian sauce   see below recipe or store purchase
1cup fresh baby spinach
½ tsp chopped garlic
pinch of salt & pepper
carrot stips & green onions
 Pan Asian Sauce
¼ cup teriyaki
2 tblsp thai chilli
1 minced garlic clove
tsp chopped green onion
tsp shriachi
Lightly season with salt and pepper both sides of the tuna steak.
Place on a well heated grill, barbecue grill, or in a saute’ pan, medium temp, cook to desired temp.
In a saute’ pan, heat oil, med temp add chopped garlic, baby spinach and season with salt & pepper, approx 1 min.
Place spinach on plate then slice cooked tuna in half, set atop spinach.
Ladle 2oz of Asian sauce over tuna then garnish top with carrots strips and green onions.
