FORT MYERS, Fla. This past week the Lee County Board of County Commissioners voted 4-1 to reduce fees for two years on new residential and commercial construction. A reduction is fees sounds like a good idea on the surface but not everyone is in favor of this move.
Is this the right thing to do for our economy and is it the right time to do it?
