Firing up the WINK Kitchen: Lobster Tail

FORT MYERS, Fla. - It's Wednesday and that means it's time to fire up the WINK Kitchen. Chef Teh from The Timbers stopped by the studio today showing us how to make lobster tail.
Recipe: 8oz Florida lobster tail
2 tablespoons of melted butter
pinch of paprika
open back of lobster tail with siccors, score then sprinkle paprika on opened lobster meat.
spread one tablespoon of melted butter on it
bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes
