If you're feeling the pressure to keep up with exercise as part of a new year's resolution, you're not alone.  In fact, about 80 percent of people who join the gym start to drop workouts as of February 1st.  WINK News Fitness Expert Mike Drumm gives some tips to get you back on the workout wagon.
