Here today showing us how to make some italian-style turkey meatloaf is Chef Vinny from the Neapolitan Gourmet in Naples.

Italian Style Turkey Meatloaf
1 lb ground Turkey
1 c plain bread crumbs
1 c grated Locatelli Romano cheese
½ medium chopped onion
2 cloves chopped fresh garlic
2 TBS chopped fresh Italian parsley
4 oz. tomato sauce from 28 oz can, reserve rest
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
4 cooked carrots and 4 red potatoes are a great addition
To arrange around loaf) you can prepare these ahead of time and reserve
Mix all together with your hands in large bowl
Form into loaf and put in greased baking pan
Add rest of Tomato sauce and cooked carrots and potatoes to pan(if using)
You can also add a can of small peas (drain first) to this for added goodness!
Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees
