Crusted Black and White Sesame Tuna

(2) 4 oz. pieces of yellow fin #1 Grade A tuna

1/2 cup of each, black and white sesame seeds

2 tablespoons of wasabi (split in half)

2 oz. teriyaki glaze

2 oz. olive oil- heated

Rub half of the wasabi on the tuna

Cover tuna with sesame seeds

Place tuna in heated oil, one minute per side.

Slice and serve over mixed greens

Pour teriyaki glaze over top.

Use remaining wasabi served on side.

Serve with lemon
