 Halloween is right around the corner and we can already see houses being decked out with spooky
decorations all in preparation for one night of Trick or Treating.

•Real estate has something similar to Halloween built in to almost every sale and that’s called “The
Closing”, which is the scariest moment during the real estate transaction.

•Because until the ink is dry on the closing papers buyers and sellers must hope for the Treat, but plan
for the Trick
