FORT MYERS, Fla. It's Wednesday and that means it's time to fire up the WINK kitchen.
Here today showing us how to make grouper matanzas is Bill Sidoti from Pawnbroker Restaurant and Fish Market.
Recipe:
Grouper Matanzas
Dredge 6 oz. grouper filet or any white fish in flour
Dip in egg mixture and place into heated nonstick pan
Cook approximately 2-3 minutes a side and place pan in an oven heated to 350 degrees.
In small sauté pan, heat up 2 oz. crabmeat.
Plate grouper after 10 minutes, top with crabmeat and finish with lemon butter sauce.
