Let's Eat! Oysters Rockefeller

4oz butter
2oz mince garlic
1/2tsp chopped garlic
2 anchovies
1oz. anisette
2 cups half and half
1lb chopped spinach
4oz. flower
1/8tsp. celery salt
3 dash tabasco
1/8 tsp salt
1/8tsp white pepper
1. Melt butter
2. add onion, garlic and anchovy and cook until soft
3. add anisette cook two minutes
4. add flour and whisk until combined cook two minutes
5. add half and half, salt, pepper, celery salt and tabasco
6. cook until thick
7. add spinach
8. mix well and chill
* Top oyster on half shell with 1 tsp Rockefeller spinach mix and 1 tsp shreddez mozzarella. bake at 450 degrees for 6 minutes or until golden brown.
