FORT MYERS, Fl It's Wednesday and that means it's time to fire up the WINK kitchen.
Here today showing us how to make a dressing that not only great for the perfect salad but for almost everything is Greg Stamper from Lee Roy Selmon's.
Asian Vinagrette dressing
1/2 cup rice vinegar
1oz ground ginger
¼ cup soy sauce
½ lb hoisin sauce
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbl Dijon mustard
1 tbl worsteshire
½ tbl Mae ploy
½ lb plum sauce
¼ cup sesame oil
3 cups vegetable oil
1 place all ingredients except oils into mixer and
mix for 3 minutes at medium speed
2 scrape sides of mixer down and mix for 2
more minutes at medium speed
3 turn mixer up in speed and slowly drizzle both
oils into the dressing till emulsified. ( this step
must be done slowly or your dressing will break
and be unusable)
4 place in a container, this dressing will be good
for 2 weeks.
