3 cups Mayo
1 cup whole eggs pasteurized
1/4 cup whole grain mustard
3 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
1 Tbsp Salt and pepper
1/4 cup chopped parsley
2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
1 1/4 cups Panko crumbs
5lbs super lump pasteurized PFG
1. combine mayo, eggs, mustard, old bay, s & p, parley and lemon juice in mixing bowl.
2. put planko in a blender and mix til it becomes a fine powder. Add to mixing bowl.
3. Add drained lump crab into mixing bowl and fold ingredients, be careful not to break up crab pieces.
4. create 3 oz. portions and place inside butterflied shrimp.
