It's Wednesday, and that means it's time to fire up the WINK Kitchen. Anthony Serrago from Anthony's on the Boulevard shows us how to make Cabbage Rolls.

STUFFED CABBAGE

STEAMED CABBAGE LEAVES-10
1 ½ LB GROUND BEEF
1 CUP COOKED WHITE RICE
3 CUPS TOMATO SOUP
2 CUPS TOMATO JUICE
1-CUP SAUERKRAUT
SALT & PEPPER

PREHEAT OVEN TO 350
COMBINE SOUP & JUICE
MIX BEEF, RICE, & ONE CUP OF SOUP
ROLL & SEPERATE MIXTURE TO MAKE 10
MEATBALLS
PLACE A CABBAGE LEAF FLAT ON COUNTER
PLACE A MEATBALL ON THE CABBAGE LEAF
ROLL CABBAGE LEAF SO THE BEEF IS SEALED
INSIDE
PLACE CABBAGE ROLLS IN A BAKING DISH
COVER WITH KRAUT
ADD REMAINDER OF SOUP
COVER WITH ALUMINUM FOIL
BAKE AT 350 FOR 1 HOUR

SERVE WITH MASHED POTATOES
