It's Wednesday and that means it's time to fire up the WINK kitchen.

Here today showing us how to make a top notch Caesar salad is Greg Stamper from Lee Roy Selmon's.

Caesar dressing

4oz garlic
2oz anchovies
6 oz parmesan cheese
½ cup lemon juice
3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
3 tablespoons Tabasco
¼ cup Worcestershire
4 tablespoons horseradish
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
4 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
¾ cup easy eggs
1 tablespoon creole seasoning
4 cups EVO

1 Strain anchovies of excess oil
2 Place all ingredients except EVO into food processor
3 Blend until smooth
4 Slowly pour in oil until emulsified and smooth
5 store in refrigerator
