Let's Eat: Chicken Parmesan over Penne Pasta

Ingredients
2-6oz chicken boneless breasts
8oz penne pasta or pasta of choice
cup of italian bread crumbs
eggwash - 2-3eggs and milk mixed well
2 cups marinara sauce
2 slices mozzarella cheese
Directions:
Heat saute pan with 1/4 in of oil.
Soak chicken breast in eggwash and then in coat in bread crumbs, place in saute pan, on low heat fry approx. 4-5 min on each side until cooked.
Cover chicken with cheese.
Pasta should be also cooking at this time, strain and plate.
When chesse is melted, place over pasta and cover with marinara sauce and serve.
